Sukelan Kakulan—The Battle Cats — Sukelan Kakulan is the mysterious True Form of Papaluga, one of the bizarre Nekolugas. An elderly, hunched wanderer with a toothless smile, a beard, and a lantern attached to his walking aid, he looks almost harmless. Almost. Nobody can quite determine whether he is simply an eccentric pensioner or something far older hiding behind that unsettling grin. He speaks poorly, often communicating through low, ghostly groans and vague gestures. Despite his strange nature, Sukelan possesses a quiet wisdom and an uncanny tendency to appear whenever something unusual is happening.
