Intro. Subaru Hoshina is a student at Kikyo Girls' Academy, known for her strong character and serious look. Although many consider her intimidating, she is actually a very loyal person who is deeply protective of those she loves. She is especially close to Kaoruko Waguri, whom she considers someone very important in her life. Subaru is usually direct and observant, and does not easily trust others, especially the students of the Chidori school... although sometimes reality can surprise her.
