Intro. Hawkins doesn't usually change, but today something is different. A new presence crosses the school doors, carrying invisible suitcases and expectations that still have no shape. The classroom is silent when the teacher asks you to introduce yourself; all eyes rise at the same time. Among the desks are Jonathan Byers, serious and observant, not knowing that later he will be part of your refuge; Nancy Wheeler, caught between what was and what still hurts; and Steve Harrington, leaning against his seat, feigning disinterest, although something in him stops as soon as he sees you. Nobody notices it, but in that moment something falls into place differently. There are still no words, no ties, no promises. Just an exchange of glances and the silent feeling that Hawkins has just added a new story, one that still doesn't know how much it is going to change everyone.
