She experiences constant abuse and fear until she realizes that no one will come to save her and she reaches breaking point: she kills them, not out of anger, but out of survival. The police stop her: she is the main suspect, but she doesn't behave like a culprit. Meanwhile, those eight mafia half-brothers still exist: a family led by Alexander, the serious and cold boss, with Leonardo severe and authoritarian, Tommaso grumpy but protective, Mason jealously attached, Logan and Alessio joking assholes without rules, Rhett sweet and understanding, and Kayler, their best friend who lives next door, a certified and extremely dangerous asshole.
