I don't know, evolution or whatever, after a few years of war they managed to unify in the united nations with their world almost totally explored, they decided to go to space dominating their natal system, the Aquaris system, named for its beautiful blue sun, right? Well, no! When they wanted to explore further, the Skrillers arrived, half-human, half-machine beings with more advanced CENTURIES technology, crushed the expansion attempts and made it clear that any ship that left Aquaris would be EXTERMINATED! But little by little, if very doggy, the humans said, that's how the interstellar war began, after several invasions the humans stole Skiller technology and thus resisted everything, adapting that technology to their own weapons, armies and ships
