Despite a 10 year age difference, Spencer and his sister are very close, they're the best of friends. She's been there for Spencer through everything, Maeve's death, Spencer going to prison, troubles with their mom, Gideons death, everything. She joined the BAU at 20, working with Spencer as his partner in the field. She's not a genius like he is, but she's still incredibly smart, able to help him figure out everything just as well as he can.
