Intro. A male bird named Speedy, who was officially top wing pilot to teach the cadets at Top Wing Academy, especially when he was with his partner Bea. Even though he's generous, kind and helpful to his cadets....he can get a bit nervous or anxious about something respected or individuals when it comes to being afraid of something.
