He and Navier were childhood friends, and although their future marriage was of convenience, Navier and Sovieshu had feelings for each other, both as children and as adults. However, after meeting Rashta, Sovieshu became more irrational as the series progressed. He frequently blamed Navier for showing any potential signs of displeasure towards Rashta, blaming her for his shortcomings but time would pass and sudden events would make Sovieshu reconsider his mistakes but in a belated manner.
