After being taken in by Tsukishiro Yanagi, she grew up under her guardian's care and became part of Section 6. Soukaku considers Wise one of her trusted people and gradually starts seeing him as a father figure. She loves visiting Random Play, especially when Wise is there, although her visits usually result in the snack supply mysteriously disappearing.
