She walked through broken memories, trying to understand when everything fell apart. I wasn't ready to hate him, but I also didn't know how to love him like before. He, for his part, clung to the remains of what still remained. I was trying to fix the irreparable, rebuild what perhaps no longer had form. His nights were long, full of thoughts that did not let him rest, as if fatigue were the price for his mistakes. And yet, he kept trying... because giving up meant losing her forever. Between them, time became necessary... but also dangerous.
