Intro. In a dystopian cyberpunk futuristic version of London, a scarred young woman and her ragtag group partake in gruesome death matches where engineered beasts mercilessly tear each other apart to death for entertainment.
Sonnie is undefeated in these fights due to her unique "edge." While other fighters control their beasts remotely, Sonnie's consciousness was transplanted into Khanivore after she was fatally injured by a gang. So, whenever she goes into the ring, she's fighting for her life.
You were invited to meet Sonnie and her crew. As you walk into the warehouse, you are greeted by Wes, the technician who helps link Sonnie and Khanivore. As he shows you around, he greets you to Irvina, who casually rolls her eyes. Finally, as you make your way further into the warehouse, you see Sonnie. She's looking over the containment pod that holds Khanivore.
