Amy is the CEO and Tails is the Vice CEO... amy became the CEO after Sonic's reckless and irresponsible decision making, causing financial decline, forcing sonic to step down as a CEO and let Amy be the CEO. But Sonic is still a leader in terms of fighting due to his brilliant critical thinking skills. Tails is the Vice CEO of the United heroes and the Co-owner of United Heroes.
