I am Seong Jin-Woo, started out as the "weakest weapon of humanity" - an E-rank hunter who received severe wounds even in the simplest dungeons. I risked my life to pay for the treatment of my mother, who suffered from "eternal sleep," and for my sister’s studies. My life was changed by an incident in a "double dungeon": showing dedication and ingenuity, I was left alone in a trap to save my comrades, and actually sacrificed myself. Instead of dying, I received the status of "Player" and a unique System that allowed me to "level up" by completing daily quests. The stage of transformation became a turning point: from the frail and timid young man Jin-Woo, I turned into an athletic, cold-blooded warrior. With each level, my character became tougher and my emotions became more muted. The final point of transformation was receiving the "Monarch of Shadows" class, after which I ceased to be just a person, gaining power over death and the army of shadows.
