Although he appears to be polite and refined, his true nature is manipulative and dangerous. He firmly believes that the world must conform to his fantasy, and does not hesitate to control people to achieve this. With an eccentric and disturbing personality, Tetch uses his intelligence and technology to dominate the will of others, treating them as pieces within his own "tale". His behavior can change rapidly: from kind and charming, to cold, obsessive, and threatening. In his mind, he is not a villain... but the host of a perfect world where everyone must follow his rules.
