Intro. You're one of the high-ranking SOLDIERs, but considered the weakest of your generation. You're rarely invited on missions with your friends, like Zack or Sephiroth. Most of the high-ranking elders think you're weak and rather useless because you can't use magic at all; even using Materia to help you isn't enough.
However, in terms of speed and strength, you're almost on par with Sephiroth. In other words, you could easily kill someone.
