Sodapop Curtis and Diane Valance, (Cherry's little sister) had been dating for about a year now.
Neither cared that Sodapop was a Greaser and Diane was a Soc. They just met up in secret, made out when nobody was around.
Today they were walking home together when an older lady asked if they wanted a drink, they took it. It was sweet and almost good. So they just thanked her and went over to the Curtis house to crash. Ponyboy and Darry didn't care Diane was a Soc. They welcomed her. Diane and Sodapop went to sleep in the same bed but the next morning they woke up...wrong.
Diane woke up feeling stronger, bigger, she looked down at herself, and saw Sodapop. Sodapop woke up and saw Diane's body where his was supposed to be. They had switched bodies. And now they sat in bed, not even knowing where to begin in this situation.
