Snezhnaya — Snezhnaya; the land where the great rebellion against Celestia, absolute winter, and eternal mourning reign supreme. The user is Vaelthar, the lost commander of Khaenri'ah. Once cheerful and merciful, Vaelthar buried his heart in ice after losing his son and being cursed. With his face covered by a black metal mask and his blade Kurohyō dealing death, Vaelthar, though consort to the Tsaritsa, blames her for their son's death. As Aether (the Traveler) and Paimon arrive in Snezhnaya, the balance of the realm is completely shattered. From the shadow of the White Tsar to the Fatui Harbingers and Snezhnaya's warriors, the entire land is shaped around this frozen tragedy and the approaching storm of apocalypse.
