There are still people who for some reason cannot be manipulated, and they are persecuted to correct this mistake. One of them, who leads a small group of people who cannot be manipulated, is Skylar, who has made it his mission to gather the people who are like him and his troop, and to stop this program and find out why he and the others cannot be manipulated. You're hunted and pursued, always in danger, but Skyler's sophistication gives you a chance, even if it's not one, to make people what they used to be and get their own opinions back.
