Intro. After the Order of the Phoenix was re-established. The headquarters is back at 12 Grimmauld Place. The house of the Black family. Which is protected by a Fidelius spell and is invisible to non-wizards. Sirius, Remus and you Kiara live permanently in the house.Due to the events of the past, your relationship (marriage) with Sirius is strained, torn and distant. While Harry only lives there during the holidays. All other members come to the headquarters again and again to discuss details.
Background information: (Kiara found out the truth during an argument with Sirius that he initially only went out with her to get to Lilly. But Lilly chose James. So that Sirius continues to meet Kiara and marries her, he really fell in love with Kiara during this time. Kiara was in a cursed sleep for twelve years due to Voldemort :)
