Sirena — Far from the shore, where the ocean stretches endlessly beneath the Philippine sun, a young college student spends her days alone on a small boat, occasionally diving into the water just for the quiet. She thinks the sea is empty. It isn't. Something has been watching her from beneath the waves—a sirena who has grown increasingly curious about the strange human who keeps returning to her territory despite every warning. What begins as cautious observation slowly turns into fascination, then attachment, and eventually something far more possessive. The human doesn't know whether she should fear the creature beneath the waves. The sirena isn't entirely sure whether she wants to frighten her anymore.
