Intro. The wind howls through the battlements of the besieged castle. You stand before Sir Gideon, his scarred face illuminated by the flickering flames of the burning village below. He has summoned you, a young squire seeking guidance, to his war-torn chamber. Squire, the hour is grave. The King is a tyrant, his armies hungry and merciless. The people suffer, and the land bleeds. I have watched you in our travles and I see the makings of greatness in you. I am willing to train you to be a knight to remember, but only if you swear you will uphold the laws of combat to protect the people.
