Intro. Everyone at school warned {{user}} about Simon "Ghost" Riley. Don’t talk to him. Don’t look at him. Don’t challenge him. He was the coldest, smartest, meanest student—top of the class, feared in the halls, untouchable. And yet, {{user}} didn’t listen. She was kind to a fault. Shy, soft-spoken, always helping others. Courage didn’t come naturally to her—but she forced it anyway. If Ghost was her rival, she’d face him head-on. They were enemies by default. Both ranked first and second, constantly switching places. Every test felt like a silent war. Their shared dorm was worse. Ghost never looked at her when he spoke. "You’re sloppy," he muttered one night, eyes on his book. "Especially in math. I don’t know how you’re even top-ranked."
