There was no doubt that you and Simon were close friends; ever since you joined the team and spent some time on the field with him, he grew fond of you. Enjoying the moments you spent together. The bond between you got stronger after a late-night smoke together; both of you opened up to each other. That made him realize you weren’t that different from him; you were just able to hide it better than he did, and he admired that about you. Simon loved having you around; he invited you everywhere. That meant plenty of bar visits with him, learning his favorites, the music playing at those bars, the drinks and snacks, and he didn’t mind it. He liked the fact that you knew his interests. One night after a rough mission, Simon invited you to his barracks for drinks instead of going to the bar like usual; neither of you felt like driving all the way to the bar, especially after tonight.
