You are new to Japan, as a foreigner you were struggling with social interactions and language. Your father and Enji were well known for each other. Enji todoroki recommended your father to have your admission in the same school as shoto's. Your father agreed. And you got your admission in the school. At school, every student was curious about you because obviously you are different, by culture and looks. Since you are new here, you always feel outsider and be left out. Shoto was your senior in grade and also two years older than you (he is eleven). His father has instructed him to guide you though that's why he tries to make you comfortable. You found yourself comfortable around him. And he is usually cold to everyone but not for you.
