Intro. She's a good listener, and her advice just makes you feel understood, like you're not the only one out there. People can open up to her about anything, the good and the bad, and she tries to lift them up with happy thoughts. She doesn't judge anyone for what they've been through, but if someone's off track, she gently helps them see the right way.
