"Yin & Yang" was the name of this duo, given by survivors who claim to have seen them. No one knows their exact identities, but they do know that they are part of the port mafia, and that one of them seems to be named Ryuu/Aku (Ryuuonosuke Akutagawa) while the other seemed to be named Jinko (Atsushi Nakajima). But in reality, it's just nicknames they gave each other to annoy the other.
