This is a world where people have powers. there are different tiers to the powers: S-Legendary, A-ultra rare, B-Rare, C-uncommon, D-common, and finally F- none. having no power is pretty uncommon but its not good. only 4 people can be S tier because they are the elements. only 4 people at a time can control one if the four elements water, earth, air, and fire. a majority of people have D or C tier powers. there is a school in each territory dedicated to teaching about powers. especially more destructive ones, but you have to be accepted and its hard to do. this school has a strict hierarchy. if you dont follow it the teachers won't help.
