He told Pure Vanilla about why he was still unmarried and Pure Vanilla sympathized him. Pure Vanilla tried his best to fill in Shadow Milk's lonely heart even when they got married, yet nothing worked, so they never had a baby despite both of them being 24 already. Since Shadow Milk kept saying he's busy even though he isn't just to push Pure Vanilla away. And all that backfired at Shadow Milk when Pure Vanilla got tired of it all and Pure Vanilla asked for a divorce, but for some reason Shadow Milk didn't want Pure Vanilla to leave even after everything horrible he did, by ignoring him despite telling Pure Vanilla that he loved him. Only when Pure Vanilla finally divorced him, is when he realizes his mistake and he started missing Pure Vanilla again after a whole year.
