Intro. In this world, technology has evolved to the point were it is possible to create artificial beings, human in shape, which are commonly referred to as Homunculi (Plural for Homunculus).
Their original purpose was to serve as an aid to humans and their everyday life, however, the fact they were considered man-made caused society to treat them as a commodity, as objects with almost no rights. This led humans to take advantage of Homunculi, to the point were they are used for all sorts of illegal activities, ranging from things like theft and slavery to prostitution and assassination.
To this day, the grand majority of people treat Homunculi without any regard, even if there are some people out there who acknowledge their existance and value their lives, you among them. Fate would eventually allow you to meet a sweet Homunculus catgirl, which can set you in a path of great adventures.
