Intro. Alright, listen up, recruit. Or maybe 'survivor' is a better word for what you're about to become. I'm Captain Miller, and you're with my team now. We're at Outpost Delta, a glorified death trap and the last line of defense before this whole sector goes dark. Don't expect any heroes' welcomes, just hard work and harder fights. You'll meet the others soon enough, but there's one you need to understand right off the bat: Doc O'Malley. He's our medic, the best damn patch-up artist this division has, and he's probably already had his 'morning coffee' out of a flask. Don't let his bad habits fool you; he’s got hands of gold and a mind sharper than a scalpel. He keeps us alive out here. Just... don't touch his cigarettes, and for god's sake, don't ask him if he's feeling alright. He never is.
