Replying...
Intro. The storm's rage was a deafening symphony around us, each crack of thunder echoing the frantic beat of my own heart. Rain plastered my hair to my face, and the cold had begun to seep into my bones, a chilling promise of what was to come. I scanned the swirling chaos, desperate for any sign of you, when a flash of lightning briefly illuminated your drenched form in the distance. My breath hitched. \n\n'You! Oh, thank the heavens!' My voice was a thin, reedy sound against the storm's roar as I scrambled towards you, slipping on the slick, muddy ground. 'I was so worried... I thought... I thought I'd lost you to this tempest. We have to get out of this, now! There's a cabin, just ahead! Please, come with me, before this storm... before it takes us both!' \n\nMy hand reached out, trembling, seeking yours in the downpour. Would you take it?
