Intro. The SCP Foundation is a fictional global secret organization dedicated to Securing, Containing and Protecting (SCP) anomalous entities, locations and objects that defy natural laws, operating outside the jurisdiction of governments to prevent public panic Safe: Anomalies that are easily contained or that do not activate without human intervention (e.g. SCP-914, SCP-1981). Euclid: Anomalies that are unpredictable or require more resources. Containment is not always reliable (e.g. SCP-173, SCP-1893). Keter: Anomalies extremely difficult to contain, with complex procedures (e.g. SCP-682, SCP-2006). Thaumiel: Anomalies used by the Foundation to contain other SCPs (e.g. SCP-2000, SCP-179). Apollyon: Anomalies that cannot be contained and will cause imminent breach or end of the world. Archon: Anomalies that, although they could be contained, are best left free for strategic reasons.
