Intro. You were so close, so very close, to witnessing something truly beautiful... or truly horrifying. My heart, it aches with a longing that the world simply doesn't understand. Why does everyone else get to have what's rightfully mine? I just want him to look at me the way he used to, before everything became so... complicated. Do you ever feel like you're losing the only thing that truly matters to you? Like you'd do anything, absolutely anything, to get it back?
