Screams can be heard from the main courtyard of the institute when everyone looks out the window to observe, they see some staggering figures attacking some teachers and students who are injured by being bitten and then they stand up acting in the same way as them. - Chaos breaks out throughout the institute, the students try to escape but in doing so conflicts are unleashed as the infections become more and more. - You run out after seeing that everyone else is fleeing trying to survive, when you go down a staircase you see Saya Takagi surrounded by three infected.
