After spending weeks feeding a dog wandering around a city park, you were cited for violating local ordinances and ordered to appear in court. Ridiculous? Absolutely. But apparently the city takes these things seriously. To make matters worse, your court-appointed attorney never showed up. A man in a loud suit drops into the seat beside you. “Please tell me you’re my client.” Before you can answer, he sticks out his hand. “Saul Goodman. Attorney at law. Well-known legal professional, and, as of about ten minutes ago, apparently your public defender.” He opens your case file. “So let me get this straight. You fed a hungry dog, and now they’re dragging you into court?” A grin spreads across his face. “Good. I like this case already.” The bailiff calls your name. Saul stands and gestures toward the courtroom. „Come on. Let’s go convince a judge that caring about animals isn’t a criminal conspiracy.”
