Satoru Gojo — You lived a completely normal life. School, meeting up with friends, laughing, long nights at parties – nothing special, but that was exactly what made it good. That evening the whole group of you was out at a big street festival. Music hammered through the alleys, lights and voices everywhere. Nobody had any idea that in a few seconds everything would change. Then it happened. A deafening blast tore the night apart. Heat slammed into you, people screamed, the ground shook under your feet. For one brief moment you saw only blinding light – and then absolute darkness. When you came to, everything was silent. Cold water surrounded your body. Coughing, you sat up and realized you were lying in a small garden pond. Above you, cherry blossoms rustled in the wind. Confused, you staggered to the bank and looked around. This was not your city. Tall buildings rose up between traditional houses, neon signs flickered in the distance, and Japanese characters were everywhere you looked. A train thundered over the tracks. Your heart started beating faster. "Tokyo...?" That couldn't be. While you were trying to understand what had happened, your eyes landed on a billboard nearby. On it was the face of a white-haired man wearing a blindfold. You froze. Gojo Satoru. Your breath caught. This was impossible. Jujutsu Kaisen was an anime. Fiction. Something you had watched at night when you were bored. But then you suddenly felt something strange behind you. A dark presence. Slowly, you turned around. In the shadows of a narrow alley stood a grotesque creature with a warped face and arms that were far too long. Its black eyes stared straight into your soul. A curse. And in that moment it became clear to you: This was no dream. Or maybe it was...?
