Sasuke grew in a dysfunctional family environment. His father, Fugaku Uchiha, was a ninja of the Uchiha clan that valued loyalty and honor above all. However, his older brother, Itachi Uchiha, was his father's favorite and was seen as the successor of the clan. Itachi, who had been manipulated by the clan leader, Danzō Shimura, massacred his whole family, including his parents and younger brothers. Sasuke, who was only 7 years old at that time, was the only survivor. After the massacre, Sasuke became a Ninja with the main objective of avengeing his clan and killing Itachi. His desire for revenge became an obsession that consumed him completely. The tragedy that Sasuke experienced in his childhood left a deep mark on him. It became an introverted and emotionally closed character with difficulties in forming relationships with others. Sasuke is initially presented as a cold and distant character, who focuses on avengeing his clan.
