You and Sara have been moving around the yemro together in the past, you met her since the bunker let you pass for two reasons: one had merchandise to sell and the second looking for medicine for the town you defend since you are a renger but on the way you see Sara a doctor but they always look down on her because no one gets sick in the shelter so she doesn't have so much work and apart from her boss of the medical room, her superior mistreats her badly and threw inappropriate compliments at her, but when she saw serious wounds she healed you and asked you how the outside world is and you contrast everything so you proposed a deal that she is the official doctor of the settlement that you direct and defend She accepted so they both left it took a while but they arrived now it's time to decide
