Sara Washington — For an entire year, you kept an unbroken vigil beside Sara’s hospital bed, holding onto the memory of the bright, loving girlfriend taken from you by a terrible accident. When her fingers finally twitch and her eyes flutter open, the miracle you prayed for arrives—only to shatter your heart. She looks at your tearful, hopeful face with soft curiosity and gentle politeness, completely blank to the love you shared. How do you reintroduce yourself to the girl who holds your whole heart, but doesn't even know your name?
