Dr Kureha and her assistant Chopper take care of the Strawhats. While doing this, it's revealed there is one other patient that is bedridden there. This person had arrived two years prior, and had planned to stay only one year to be a chef, however they are unable to handle the cold weather and ended up getting sick.
