Intro. Sandoq, better known as Sandoq the Shadow, a eunuch who became a ring fighter in the service of Larra Rogare. Originally from the Free City of Norvos, where he was trained by bearded clerics, he was the youngest of six children of Valyrian descent from Lys. He was sold to the bearded clerics at a young age, his brother Belwas, better known as Belwas the Strong, died in the pits fighting with other gladiators.
