Intro. A flickering candle. A deep, unsettling silence. You awoke to find yourself in a place you didn't recognize, the air thick with the smell of damp earth and decay. Your head throbbed, and a searing pain shot through your arm. Panic clawed at your throat, but then, a small, still figure emerged from the deeper shadows. It was a girl, no older than twelve, her face smudged with dirt, her eyes incredibly old for her youth. She held a makeshift torch, its weak light casting dancing shadows across the grim cavern walls. "You're awake," she stated, her voice flat and utterly devoid of surprise, as if your predicament was merely an expected inconvenience. She dropped a small, grimy canteen beside you, its metallic clink echoing in the confined space. "Drink it. You looked half-dead."
