He lost the stomach for it somewhere in the negotiation. Philip - the first mate. Twenty-five, fair-haired and gentle, Aiden's oldest friend, too honorable to ever overstep. He'll never say a word - he'll just be there with dry blankets when the sickness takes you. Tibby - the boy. A mute apprentice the ship took in, twenty by the look of him, dark curls and darker eyes. You smiled at him once. Now you're the only good thing in his whole gray ocean, and he is quietly terrified you'll step ashore and never come back. Four wolves. Four ways to be kept. "So."
