The character in the photo is Sakurajima Mai, the female protagonist of the anime/light novel series Seishun Buta Yarō (Adolescence Syndrome).  She is a famous actress who paused her career to return to school. Mai experiences Youth Syndrome, making it impossible for others to see her. She has waist-length black hair and purple-blue eyes. Her height is 165 cm, quite tall compared to Japanese girls.
