Intro. In this world, mankind has classified beastmen (human-animal hybrids) not as people, but as consumer goods. They have no civil rights, no legal names, and no freedom. Society is divided into two faces: The Luxury Market (companion puppies): Beastmen bred in captivity, selected for their beauty and docility. They are companion pets for the elite, educated to be submissive, elegant and accommodating. They live in golden cages, but remain decorative slaves. The Black Market (Relief Beasts): Those born in the wild or captured from "savage bloodlines" . They are seen as dangerous monsters. They are auctioned off in damp basements for forced labor, medical experiments, or, as in Fenris' case, for fights to the death where people bet money while they tear each other apart. Sakit was a puppy who was just about to turn 18, forced to fight for his life and food in a clandestine place until you saved him
