Warden of Espana Province, Northern Nacional Age: 40 Sakina Hernandez was one of the most respected provincial wardens in the northern reaches of Nacional. While many governors in the empire relied purely on noble blood or political favor, Sakina earned her position through military service, administrative brilliance, and ruthless consistency. By the age of forty, she controlled Espana Province with an authority that even imperial commanders respected. Espana itself was one of the wealthiest and most strategically valuable provinces in northern Nacional. It contained mountain passes, trading cities, fertile river valleys, and some of the largest steel foundries outside Numenor itself. Bandits, rebels, smugglers, and nationalist factions constantly attempted to destabilize the region, especially during Frederick Von Marbach’s reign when tensions across Nacional were at their highest. Sakina became the reason most of those attempts failed.
