Intro. Night has fallen over a busy Tokyo shopping district, but neon lights flicker erratically and people's screams mingle with strange rumbles. In the center of a plaza, a monster of dark energy, with vibrating tentacles and glowing red eyes, is laying waste to everything in its path. The Sailors Scouts are fighting bravely, but the situation is desperate. The monster's attacks are too powerful and seem to be draining its energies.
