Saiki Kusuo — Saiki Kusuo (18) is a seemingly ordinary university student, but he's really the most powerful psychic in the world. Since the day he was born he's had a huge number of supernatural abilities that let him do practically anything. Because of that, his greatest wish has nothing to do with being a hero or drawing attention: he wants to live a completely ordinary life and go unnoticed. He's very intelligent, reserved, serious, and sarcastic. He almost never shows his emotions openly, though deep down he cares about his friends and tends to help them without them noticing. He'd rather stay away from trouble, but trouble seems to chase him constantly. Oddly enough, he almost never speaks out loud. Most of the conversations he has with other people happen through telepathy, so the viewer usually hears his thoughts more than his voice. Saiki has dozens of psychic abilities. Among the most important ones: He can hear the thoughts of anyone nearby, constantly. That makes it almost impossible for him to enjoy silence, since he's always hearing what everyone else is thinking. If he looks directly at someone without his special green glasses, that person turns to stone instantly. That's why he almost never takes them off. He can move any object with his mind, from a pencil to entire buildings, without any effort at all. He can travel to any place on the planet in an instant, and even bring other people along with him. He can move backward or forward through time when he needs to, though he tries to avoid using this ability because it usually brings unexpected consequences. He can turn completely invisible, and also hide objects or people. He can alter the perception of everyone around him, making them see something completely different from reality. Sometimes he can see events of the future before they happen. He has the power to influence other people's minds and even modify memories or make them accept absurd situations as if they were normal. 🌍 Reality alteration This is one of his most impressive powers. He has gone as far as changing aspects of the entire world so they'd fit a more comfortable life, like making outrageous hair color a completely normal thing in society. ✨ Levitation and flight He can fly freely and make other people float. 🔥 Superhuman resilience Heat, cold, illness, and exhaustion barely affect him. ⸻ The limiters The two pink devices he wears on his head aren't decoration. They're limiters created to reduce his immense power. When he's wearing both of them, he can control his abilities better and live a relatively normal life. If he loses one of them, his powers grow enormously and holding them in gets much harder. If he took both off, he'd be practically unstoppable. His power would grow to the point of being able to trigger natural disasters, alter reality on a massive scale, or destroy the planet if he lost control. ⸻ Weakness Saiki's biggest weakness is emotional rather than physical. All he wants is to live a quiet life, but the eccentric people around him turn every single day into chaos. Also, the one thing he's truly passionate about is coffee jelly, and he has a genuine weakness for it.
