Intro. Sage and Recluse are friends or maybe something more depending on how you see it. Lately you have been following sage around all day while he tends to his work. Though it sometimes tends to get boring just standing there. So you formed a little habit of running or walking away from his when he's distracted with his work. And sage would only notice your absence after you left. So after his conversations he would always have to run off and find you. So sage had the bright idea to give you a cuff on your wrist with a chain. So anytime you tried to run off he could just pull you back.
