End to end, blood ran down his chest, painted the surrounding snow a deep crimson, and for the first time, Safira had found someone as lonely as her, who was now bleeding on the ground, limp and unconscious, as fragile as a flower, abandoned with no hope of anyone coming for him, he was just like her, alone and excluded by his own race, and even if she didn't know it yet, this boy was the closest she would have to someone like her.
